Recurring infrastructure (servers, volumes, load balancers)
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel from your dashboard at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time within a period, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Domain registrations
Domain registrations are final and non-refundable once submitted to the registry. Domains are digital content delivered immediately; by completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Auth-codes for outbound transfers remain available throughout the registration term.
SSL / TLS certificates (paid)
Paid certificates are issued immediately by the certificate authority and are non-refundable once issued, for the same reasons set out above. You expressly consent to immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal at checkout. You may revoke certificates at any time via the dashboard.
Errors & service failures
If a service is provisioned in materially defective form due to our fault and we cannot remedy within 7 days, we will issue a full refund of the affected period.
How to request
Email billing@127box.com with your invoice number and reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
