This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of 127box services and any infrastructure provisioned through us. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violating CAN-SPAM / GDPR marketing rules.
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing kits, or command-and-control infrastructure.
- Operating open relays, proxies, or anonymisation services without prior approval.
- Cryptocurrency mining on shared resources, or activities causing disproportionate load.
- Infringing intellectual property, trademarks, or distributing illegal content (CSAM, terrorist content).
- Network scanning, denial-of-service, or unauthorised penetration of third-party systems.
- Hosting content that violates the laws of Ireland, the EU, or your jurisdiction.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse to abuse@127box.com. We typically acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 72 hours.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or immediate termination without refund, and reporting to law-enforcement authorities where required.
